Here is a run down on today's workout for you:
1. Warm up
2. Tabata 4 minute workout: knee raises, jump squats
3. Lateral leg swings and tricep dips superset
4. 2 point kick and tricep dips superset
5. Repeat 3 and 4
6. Tabata 4 minute workout: high knee jogging, star jump and kick
7. Cool down and stretching
